The Lead the Way workshop is suitable for primary (years 3 to 6) and secondary (year 7 to 12) students and we adapt the content to suit the age of the student audience.

Key concepts covered in the session:
  • The following are messages we want students to learn through the seminar:
  • Good leadership better enables us to communicate, work well together and have a great school
  • A good leader is responsible - they consider others and the consequences of their actions
  • Everybody can be a great leader when we focus on our character and skill
  • We can all learn and improve our skills in becoming a leader
  • A great leader takes initiative
  • We need to consider the influence we make and how it impacts others
  • We all need good role models, and consequently we need to be a good role model to others
  • Our values determine the decisions we make

Student Incursion Details:
  • Each session includes a variety of games, interactive activities, multi-media, etc. to maximise impact and student learning.
  • We provide follow-up material for teachers to extend the learning outcomes.
  • We also offer parent informations sessions

A single session is between 60 and 90 minutes. We also offer single, half-day and full-day sessions.
