7A & 7H had the wonderful opportunity to attend the French incursion and learn loads about the French culture, while still having fun! The incursion included songs with French instruments, sing-a-long songs, awesome dances that everybody joined in

Combining French music, mime, comedy, drama and magic. With audience participation, these experienced performers take students on an hilarious journey of French drama and music. Using accordion, fife, drum, bombarde, singing and mime.
They present a vibrant and colourful journey through the music of regional France.
with folk dance and folk song.

*Philippe has a rhythm backing and sound system to get them up dancing .

Philippe , (Phil Carroll) , an experienced Primary Teacher, has performed French music for many years in clubs, restaraunts and functions around Australia. He has performed on 5 series on SBS-TV with Gabriel Gaté “Taste de Tour” (Tour de France). He performs with the French group Bric-a-Brac and French musicians : Ced LeMeledo, Christphe Genoux and Francois Rogeou.

Jacques (Jack Dan), a professional full time performer since 1997, performed shows for -Commonwealth Games, The Famous Spiegeltent, Regional Arts Victoria, Vox Bandicoot, The Royal Melbourne show, Australian Grand Prix,etc.. He has performed internationally at Hwangum Tugu (Seoul), Weston Chauson (Seoul), Kyoto Intl. Hotel (Japan), Schmidt Theatre (Hamburg) . And appears in mime ads for Amplimesh security door and Telstra TVC.

Past Performances include: Mowbray College Melton, Mt Scopus Burwood, Ruyton Girls School, Deepdene PS, Sacred Heart Kyneton, Ivanhoe Grammar, Mordialloc Beach PS, Packenham SC, St Alipius Ballarat, St Augustines Creswick, Mornington Park PS, etc
