Our Year 9's at Killester loved the performance... They were engaged the whole time and were very impressed with the transformation of characters throughout the show. Most importantly, their participation in the workshop afterwards was terrific.
Donna Brunt, Killester College

I wanted to say a massive thank you for coming out here and performing for us. It was a really entertaining show with a great message and some of my year 10's couldn't stop raving about how much they enjoyed it!
Steven Boon, Wonthaggi Secondary College

#GoodEnough focuses young minds on their ability to use positive Self-Talk by breaking our thoughts up into Characters, meet the 'Inner Critic' & 'Inner Motivator'!

#GoodEnough plays out relatable student scenarios in a comical and relatable way. This show hits some emotional truths, exposing the negative self-talk we can all say to ourselves. Unpacking teenager’s thoughts around body image, peer pressure, binge drinking, social media and not feeling good enough.

The show is followed by a workshop where students are given the opportunity to discover their own 'Inner Critic' and 'Inner Motivator'. Students are given the tools needed to gain control over their own positive or negative thinking.

They are left feeling empowered with a new sense of self-esteem, knowing that it is their choice to have their thoughts work for them instead of against.

I believe this workshop is a great way for teenagers to overcome their fears within themselves. It helps you think about a way to be more positive. I Loved it! 😁 It made think & cry tears of joy.

Ally made a big impression on our students with her Inner Encourager & Inner Critic session. The students loved her show on this topic & responded well to the role play activities. Some very honest written responses were shared.
Wellbeing Co-Ordinator, Aberfeldie SC

Thank you so much for this, it made me cry as I relate with a lot of this. I barely remember my good thoughts and this made me think about many things I never thought about.
