An ideal incursion for Inclusion & Disability promotion; the Neurodiversity Incursion covers:

1. Modelling of an inclusive classroom or space. There's fidgets, preventative breaks including dance, yoga therapy, mindfulness, stretches, role plays and more for the purpose of Self Regulation.
2. Self Actualisation (self esteem, confidence, social smarts). We learn how to make connections and celebrate our unique and quirky selves with a sense of safety and belonging.
3. We discuss Neurodiversity; what it is using a strength based nuero-affirming approach

Inclusions
Depending on age groups: the workshop may include elements of:
Dance, Drama, Fidget Toys, role plays, puppets, music, art therapy, fitness, anatomy of the brain (for senior students)

Learn basic anatomy of the Brain (senior primary school and Secondary)
A tool box to begin working on Self Actualisation; your uniqueness, purpose and great importance
