Shakespeare’s Magic is a 50 minute performance by two professional actors, drawing on the Magic that Shakespeare wove into his plays across The Tempest, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Romeo & Juliet and Macbeth. Students experience these scenes with the action taking place around and among them and feel the stirring of their own magic. A wonderful way to begin Shakespeare or capstone a term of learning.

We will give your students a feast of Shakespearean language and famous scenes from across four plays - A Midsummer Night's Dream, Romeo & Juliet, Macbeth and The Tempest performed by two actors and edited to fit into a single afternoon of learning. Shakespeare's Magic has received wide-spread critical acclaim for its recent tour to Wales, UK, Lancaster UK and was performed for the delegates of the Shakespeare conference at James Cook University in Townsville.

We bring:
• A performance devised by two of Come You Spirit's principal actors and co-founders, Charles Mayer and Jo Bloom
• Facilitated by Education Director Jo Bloom, who holds a Postgrad in the Teaching of Shakespeare, has a rich understanding of the NSW Syllabus and brings 18 years experience of Shakespeare in Education across UK and Australia.
