Our Zumba, Beats and Culture program is modified according to age-appropriate intensities with easy-to-follow moves and tunes. Students will learn a mix of low and high-intensity, interval-style moves, which will increase their coordination and boost their mood. The presenter will also introduce students to various cultures, music, and dance styles from around the world including Latin America, Africa, India, and Turkey.
